How can I plan and budget for my stay at Hope Ridge?

We operate on a donation-based model and as a recognized 501c3.  We do not have a set fee guests and simply welcome contributions as you feel led to support our ministry.

What is the typical length of a stay at Hope Ridge?

We welcome guests to reserve stays of up to 8 hours. Guest reservations typically range anywhere from 1-8 hours. We encourage to you reserve the time you need without feeling rushed, hurried or distracted.

 

We are not currently equipped for overnight visits.

What is a stay at Hope Ridge like?

Most guests visit for personal reflection, prayer, or peaceful time away. We encourage to lean into what you need, whether it's a nap, time by the fire, journaling or simply sitting in silence. Some come alone, while others bring a spouse or friend.

Where is Hope Ridge located?

Hope Ridge is located on Centerville Road in Bridgewater, VA. Directions and precise address will be provided in your reservation confirmation.

What amenities are available to guests at Hope Ridge?

Your visit includes access to a cozy cottage for prayer and reflection, a kitchenette equipped with light refreshments, a resource library, an outdoor patio with a fireplace, and an outdoor prayer path.

What's included in the kitchen?

The kitchenette is stocked with refreshments such as coffee, tea, and light snacks, as well as a microwave. We have a set of dishes, plastic utensils and napkins.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own meals or snacks to enjoy during your stay. We have a microwave you are welcome to use during your visit.

Do guests have access to the sauna?

Due to liability and staffing resources, guests do not have access to the wood-fire sauna.

Do you allow pets?

While we love our furry friends, we ask that you leave them at home. This ensures a tranquil and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.

Can I light the outdoor fireplace?

Yes! The outdoor fireplace is available for your enjoyment. Firewood and instructions are provided in your confirmation email when you reserve your visit.

Can I walk the property?

Absolutely! Enjoy the outdoor prayer path and the natural beauty surrounding Hope Ridge.

Do you provide overnight stays?

Currently, we only offer day visits (up to 8 hours), not overnight accommodations.

Is there an indoor/outdoor option for my visit?

Yes, you can enjoy both indoor spaces, like the Hope House, and outdoor areas, including the patio, outdoor fireplace and prayer path.

How often can I reserve a visit?

There is no limit to the number of visits—we hope to see you often! We do ask that you book one visit at a time to ensure availability for as many guests as possible.
